In the episode, Khloé humorously suggested Rob donate sperm to Malika, as they’ve “already slept together.” Rob, taken aback, jokingly responded, “I can’t [f**k] anymore.” Despite the awkward conversation, Khloé reassured him that it wasn’t necessary for the donation process, but Rob continued with his humorous remarks.
