On April 24, three men and three women allegedly used a van to smash into subsidiary firm UAV Tactical Systems in Braunstone, near Leicester,
The drone factory is owned by Israel-based defence company Elbit Systems UK.
Following the incident, an investigation was launched by Counter Terrorism Policing East Midlands with the support of Leicestershire Police.
The six defendants were charged with burglary with intent to commit damage and causing criminal damage over £5,000.
Megan Kennard, 25, of Fircroft Avenue in Lancing was among those charged.
The other defendants charged were Peter Jones, 41, of Alderfen Way in Hoveton, Norwich; Michael Sackur, 28, of Maltings Place in Reading; Seirol Davies, 31, of Godwin Road in Margate, Kent; Rhae Rivers, 39, of Godwin Road in Margate, Kent; and Hal Hockney, 27, of Alkham Road in Hackney, London.
Outlining the allegations at an Old Bailey hearing on Friday, prosecutor Ben Lloyd said: “The charges relate to April 24 this year, in the early hours of that morning, when the six defendants forced entry to UAV Tactical Systems’ premises in Leicester.
“That company is a subsidiary of Elbit Systems UK and it is understood that the target for the attack was selected due to its perceived links to Elbit Systems UK and supply of arms and component parts used by Israel in attacks on Palestine.”
Mr Lloyd said a vehicle and power tools used in the alleged break-in caused “significant” damage to the exterior of the factory with further damage caused by the spraying of red paint and smashing through ceiling tiles.
The video posted on social media afterwards claimed a group called People Against Genocide was responsible for the damage, the court heard.
Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb set a plea hearing for August 7 and a provisional trial from May 17 next year at Leicester Crown Court.
The defendants indicated that they would plead not guilty to the charges against them.
Two of the defendants, Sackur and Davies, appeared in court by video link from custody with their co-accused on conditional bail and appearing in the dock.
Israel-based defence firm Elbit Systems’ UK arm announced in January that it had fully acquired UAV Tactical Systems, which supplies uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) – otherwise known as drones.
