Aaron Parker, 41, of Copthorne Avenue in Bromley, admitted two charges of exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
The offences took place on March 9 last year.
Parker is set to be sentenced on June 11 at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
He was released on bail with conditions not to enter Shortlands railway station.
