Upstairs, you’ll find a shower room, with a convenient W/C located downstairs. The home is double-glazed and benefits from central heating throughout, offering comfort all year round.

We welcome residents eligible for Housing Benefit, and all our homes are offered at affordable rent levels as part of a social housing initiative. Please note, pets are not permitted at Old Ben Homes.
