Estate agents using Street.co.uk can now access ValPal Pro’s AI-driven lead handling technology directly within their CRM, following a new integration announced by The ValPal Network (TVPN).

The partnership means agents will automatically qualify and nurture inbound leads within seconds using ValPal Pro’s voice, SMS and email automation – all without leaving the Street.co.uk platform. The integration will be available to all Street.co.uk clients who are using ValPal Pro.

The move is part of TVPN’s wider push to reduce friction in agency operations by integrating with major CRM providers.

Craig Vile, director of The ValPal Network, said: “The integration with Street.co.uk is a huge step forward for agents who want fast, intelligent lead handling without extra admin. ValPal Pro does the hard work – qualifying, nurturing, booking appointments and surfacing the most motivated sellers – and now Street.co.uk users can access all of that in one place.”

ValPal Pro was launched earlier this year and uses AI to engage with new inbound leads and the database, whilst an autoresponder email qualifies inbound portal applicants and generates mortgage, conveyancing, surveyor, and other additional revenue stream leads. It follows up with prospects automatically, gathers data on property status, and even routes unresponsive leads into a 12-month nurture funnel.

The technology can also identify sellers within buyer enquiries, generating mortgage and conveyancing leads, and pre-qualify tenants on the lettings side.

Heather Staff, co-founder of Street.co.uk, said: “Street.co.uk is designed to streamline agency operations and remove repetitive admin, so agents can focus on what really moves the needle.

“Thanks to our Open API, we’re able to integrate seamlessly with forward-thinking solutions like ValPal Pro, giving agents the freedom to work with their chosen software, while benefiting from powerful automation and new revenue opportunities, all within their CRM.”
