The work will affect trains from February 17 through to February 21.
We have compiled all the details on these works so that you can plan your journey this half term.
Monday to Thursday (February 17 to February 20):
The 11.50pm train from London St Pancras International to Faversham service will be replaced by buses between Ebbsfleet International and Gillingham and Faversham, calling at all stations except Higham, Newington and Teynham.
Tuesday only (February 18):
The weekly Tuesday night engineering work between Faversham, Margate and Ramsgate will not take place.
Trains will run normally between these stations.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (February 18, February 20, and February 21):
From 12.20am until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Meopham and Sittingbourne and Gillingham.
A connecting train will run from Sittingbourne to Ramsgate.
Tuesday to Friday (February 18 to February 21):
The 4.14am train from Gillingham to Tonbridge service will start from Strood at 4.30am.
A replacement bus will leave Gillingham at 3.55am calling at all stations to Strood.
The 12.25am train from London Victoria to Ashford International service will be diverted and after Bromley South will call at Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Headcorn and Ashford International.
Replacement buses will run between:
Swanley and Ashford International, calling at all stations except Bickley, Eynsford, Shoreham, Kemsing, East Malling, Harrietsham and Hollingbourne.
Passengers for this bus should use the 12.40am train from London Victoria and Meopham and change at Swanley.
West Malling and East Malling via a minibus shuttle.
An additional train will leave Maidstone East at 1.27am for Ashford International.
Wednesday only (February 19):
From 12.30am until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Rochester and Gillingham and Sittingbourne.
A connecting train will run between Sittingbourne and Ramsgate.
Wednesday and Thursday (February 19 and February 20):
The 11.07pm train from London St Pancras International to Ramsgate via Dover Priory service will run non-stop between Dover Priory and Ramsgate via an alternative route.
A replacement bus will run between Dover Priory and Sandwich calling at all stations.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (February 19 to February 21):
From 12.10am until the end of service, replacement buses will run between Lewisham and Dartford via Bexleyheath.
Trains will be diverted to run via Sidcup instead.
