Councils across Sussex are making it easy for residents to get rid of their unwanted trees as the festivities come to an end. Brighton and Hove In Brighton, real and artificial Christmas trees can be taken to household waste recycling sites.  Real trees can be chopped up and recycled in your garden waste if you’ve signed up to the council’s paid-for collection service.
