Increased sedentary time as a child through adolescence is directly linked to childhood obesity, but new research has found light physical activity may completely reverse the adverse process. A Met Office yellow weather warning for wind is in place from 11am until 3am tomorrow, with gusts along the south coast expected to reach up to 75mph in some places.
