Yesterday (Tuesday, January 2), the A282 QEII Bridge southbound at the Dartford Crossing closed due to excessively strong winds. As the bridge was closed, there were two hour delays of traffic. Matthew Barca, 31, from Telscombe Cliffs, has been jailed for assaulting the four-year-old and the rape of a five-year-old when he was a teenager.
