The Sushi Co, in Bromley High Street, has applied for a new premises licence which will allow it to provide late night refreshment until 3am every day.
The branch, which launched at the end of October, is already open from 11am until 11pm each day, but is proposing serving customers until the early hours.
It is not yet clear whether 3am opening hours would be for dine-in customers or takeaway only.

The premises licence application is open for feedback until November 14.
Representations should be made via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk, or in writing to the London Borough of Bromley, Public Protection Licensing Team, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH.
The Bromley Sushi Co is the chain’s 40th venue, and replaced the former Maplin electronics shop opposite Sports Direct and TK Maxx.
The Japanese restaurants are known for their live sushi kitchens, where chefs prepare food such as hosomaki, uramaki, nigiri, and katsu curries in front of customers.
Manager of the Bromley branch Tanweer Sikandar said the team was “really excited” to be opening and is “looking forward to bringing our ‘minutes fresh’ food to the local community”.
