A main road was closed due to a crash involving two cars.
Police shut the A20 Hythe Road in Smeeth, near Ashford, in both directions at the junction with Church Road and Station Road, for the Evegate Business Park this afternoon (June 19).
Fire crews and paramedics were also called.
Kent County Council Highways warned of long delays in the area.
A spokesman for the fire service said one engine was sent to support paramedics at around 4.40pm, and that they had left the scene around an hour later.
Details of injuries are not yet known.
The police and ambulance service have been contacted for more information.
