Trains services to the station ended early last night (May 27) after the incident at around 11.40pm.
Emergency services were called to reports of a casualty on the tracks.
At the scene, a person was pronounced dead.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “The incident is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
