The man’s car was seized after he allegedly committed several offences
Police seized the car of a man who ‘hadn’t got round to completing his driving test’, three years after moving to Northern Ireland from Saudi Arabia.
The driver was stopped on the Lisburn Road in Belfast by Road Policing Officers from Mahon Road Station. Officers said the man’s insurance had lapsed in March and that he had been driving the vehicle on a provisional driving licence, without being accompanied by a driver with a full licence.
The man was also allegedly found driving the car without displaying L plates.
