Sussex Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service have confirmed that they were called to reports of concern for a person’s welfare at St Lawrence’s Surgery in Worthing yesterday (May 19).
Images from the scene showed multiple police cars and an ambulance in attendance at the surgery.

A spokeswoman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said: “South East Coast Ambulance Service was called to reports of concern for the welfare of a person at St Lawrence’s Surgery, Worthing, shortly after 10.40am on May 19.
“Ambulance crews attended and assessed one patient at the scene, who declined further treatment.”
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: “We were called to a concern for a woman’s welfare.”
