Located in the former deli, the new eatery brings authentic Neapolitan pizzas to the heart of Glasgow, with a menu designed around the vibrant pizza culture of Naples.
Opened by the Santa Lucia Restaurant Group, it reflects the owners’ Neapolitan heritage.
Marcello, owner of SpaccaNapoli, said: “We wanted to create somewhere that feels like a true neighbourhood pizza spot; casual, vibrant and centred around really good pizza that everyone can enjoy.
“Spacca Napoli is about bringing our heritage to Glasgow and giving people a genuine taste of Naples right here on Byres Road.”
Serving traditional Neapolitan pizzas in a relaxed setting, the pizzeria offers a menu starting from just £7, focusing on simplicity, quality, and everyday enjoyment.

The space is designed for easy drop-ins, friendly catch-ups, and takeaways, all delivered with a laid-back Italian approach.
The restaurant aims to reflect the lively street life and flavours of Naples through its food and atmosphere.
Pizza remains central to daily life in Naples, and SpaccaNapoli hopes to bring that everyday experience to Glasgow diners.
The soft launch of SpaccaNapoli began this afternoon at 12pm, with the team inviting locals and visitors to try a taste of Italy.
We reported last month that the beloved former deli was closing for the group’s “new chapter.”
Fans of the deli, which serves brunch, freshly made sandwiches and antipasto, shared their sadness at the closure in the comments.
