From curated drinks packages and tailored dining options to hands-on support from an experienced team, every detail is thoughtfully considered – ensuring a seamless planning experience from first enquiry through to the final dance.
Managing director Michela said: “We’re incredibly excited to be welcoming weddings back to The Marlborough. With so much history in the building, it’s been amazing to see the response since launching our wedding brochure. From the very first enquiry through to the final moments of the night, we’re here to support and guide couples in creating a day that truly reflects them.”
Since launching, the venue has already hosted a number of intimate celebrations in Dear Josephine’s – its mood-led cocktail bar. One of the most memorable was for Maria and Michael, who had eloped in Italy and chose to surprise their guests with the news on arrival.

The space, known for its romantic and atmospheric setting, was transformed with bespoke styling, including moody floral arrangements and thoughtful design details that complemented the room perfectly.
Michela said: “Dear Josephine’s naturally lends itself to something intimate and romantic, but seeing it brought to life in such a personal way was really special. We’re so excited to see how future couples make the space their own.”

The Marlborough’s newly launched wedding brochure is now live, with couples invited to explore the space and begin planning their celebrations. With strong early interest following the relaunch, availability across the upcoming seasons – including 2027 – is expected to be limited.
The Marlborough is more than a venue – it’s a return to something timeless, and a new chapter for weddings in one of Glasgow’s most iconic buildings.
