Sussex residents are being asked to look out for Aaliyah, who was last seen in person in Windsor, where she lives, at around 1.50am on Thursday, April 16.
Aaliyah was later spotted on CCTV on Smallbrook Queensway in Birmingham, shortly before 10am that day, having got the train into Birmingham New Street station.
She is believed to have travelled by taxi to Kettering, then by train to Leicester, before arriving in Birmingham.
Aaliyah is around 5ft 3ins tall, of average build, with long black hair, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket.

Detective Chief Inspector Tracey Smyth from Thames Valley Police said: “We are appealing for the nation’s help to find Aaliyah by keeping an eye out for her and reporting any information on her whereabouts to us.
“We are extremely concerned for Aaliyah’s welfare, not least because she has been missing for more than a week but also her age and that she could have travelled anywhere after being seen on CCTV near Birmingham New Street train station.
“We are doing everything we can to find Aaliyah since she was reported missing, with support from policing and other partners, but we need the public’s support.”
Aaliyah has links to areas across east Berkshire and also in Birmingham and Dover.
Police say she has been asking people she meets on the street to use their mobile phone and urge anyone who has experienced this to get in touch.
Officers have assured Aaliyah that she is not in any trouble and urge her to make contact so they can ensure she is safe and well.
Anyone who sees Aaliyah should call 999, quoting reference number 43260183769.
