Police are searching for two missing girls who they believe are travelling together.
Naomi Doran, 17, and Aimee Ivatt, 15, were last seen in the Alexandria area at around 9.30pm on Friday, January 16.
Officers believe the pair may have travelled to Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, and also have connections to the Paisley area.
Inspector Ross Mooney said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Naomi and Aimee’s welfare and we are carrying out extensive enquiries to trace them.
“I would appeal to anyone who may have seen them or who has any information on their whereabouts to please contact us as soon as possible.”
Naomi is described as 5ft 2in tall, of medium build, with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white or grey hooded jumper and blue jeans.
Aimee is also around 5ft 2in tall, of medium build, with long red or auburn hair.
She was last seen wearing a black body warmer, possibly a black puffer jacket, and blue ripped jeans.
