A picture taken today, August 24, has shown that caravans are parked in Preston Park, Brighton.
Sussex Police and Brighton and Hove City Council have been approached for comment.
This comes after pictures also taken today, August 24, show that there are caravans parked on a green in Goring Gap near Worthing.
Sussex Police has said that it is aware of this incident and are assisting West Sussex County Council as the lead agency.
This is the second time this month that caravans have been photographed parked in the area, as caravans were seen parked near Goring Gap earlier this month.
At the time West Sussex County Council issued the occupants with notice to leave.
A spokeswoman for the council said at the time: “We are aware of an unauthorised encampment of 20 caravans on Goring Gap.
“Notice has been served to vacate the land and court proceedings will be initiated in due course”.
Caravans previously parked on Goring Gap in May.
