The annual event has a theme – and this year it is ‘ravishing rage’.
It features city charities, community groups, local businesses, blue light services and official Brighton & Hove Pride partners, leading the way to the main festival, Pride on the Park.
The route began at Hove Lawns at around 11am, before moving up onto Kingsway and along the seafront.
It turned left on West Street and then right onto North Street, taking it out at the Old Steine.
On its route up to Preston Park, the parade heads along Marlborough Place, Gloucester Place, St George’s Place and York Place.
It will then head along London Road and Preston Road before arriving at the park at around 1pm.
We will update this article with more pictures of the parade – refresh for updates.
