From sunrise cacao ceremonies to family sound baths and mantra meditations under the stars, Slomo Wellbeing Festival promises a nourishing and playful programme of free wellbeing sessions for all ticketholders at Camp Bestival in Dorset.

Taking inspiration from Nordic contrast therapy culture, Slomo’s immersive schedule includes yoga and breathwork, chill-out DJ sets, cooking demonstrations, cacao-fuelled dance mornings, sound therapy, mantra evenings and family shake-out sessions.

A mix of practitioners – including Jasmine Hemsley, Maude Hirst, Stuart Sandeman, Niraj Naik, Rebecca Dennis, the David Lynch Foundation, Goldierocks, and Rob da Bank himself – will lead sessions throughout the weekend.

Josie and Rob said: “We cannot wait to throw open the doors of Slomo Wellbeing Festival this summer. Camp Bestival is the perfect setting for our very first four-day wellbeing festival: Next Generation Wellbeing is all about inclusivity and accessibility, and we really want families to give it a whirl. We are both so passionate about wellbeing and would love to see the children of tomorrow starting early and having some fun with it. From family food demos and fitness sessions to kid-friendly chillout sessions and yoga workshops, we look forward to inviting you all into the Slomo way of life.”

For those craving a deeper moment of calm amidst the festival buzz, 2025 also sees the debut of the Slomo Reset Retreat – a bookable experience designed to help you unwind. Nestled in the sanctuary of Camp Bestival’s Slomo Wellbeing Festival area, the Reset Retreat is a “beautifully curated 2.5-hour journey of rest and rejuvenation”.

Led by wellness guru Kelly Barfoot, the retreat invites guests to move through revitalising yoga or movement, immerse in a soul-soothing sound bath, and harness the powerful benefits of contrast therapy with private access to hot saunas and ice baths – a perfect balance of warmth and invigoration.

You can freshen up and recharge in Slomo’s pamper lounge, stocked with luxurious homemade salt scrubs, body oils and everything you need to feel festival-ready again. A selection of complimentary adaptogenic teas, cacao, CBD-infused drinks, fresh fruit, and delicious plant-based snacks will be available throughout the session – all thoughtfully chosen to nourish, restore, and uplift. A moment of calm at the heart of the festival.

Priced at £95pp, this wellness escape is available throughout the Camp Bestival weekend, with limited spaces to ensure a personal and peaceful experience.

The Dreamweavers Garden is also new for 2025

The garden is designed as a peaceful space in the heart of the Slomo wellbeing area, curated by Soul Adventures. Open daily throughout the festival, the garden offers a rolling programme of guided sessions including shamanic kundalini yoga, breathwork, cacao and dance mornings, mantra evenings, nervous system regulation classes, and morning shakeouts.

In addition to the scheduled programme, a range of bookable treatments will be available all weekend.

Options include deep tissue massage, womb massage, reflexology, tarot readings, voice activation, and shamanic healing – all delivered by Slomo trusted practitioners. A dedicated area to reset, recharge and explore a different side of the festival experience.
