A series of overnight maintenance and resurfacing works are set to cause significant disruption to the west tunnel at the Dartford Crossing this week.
With diversions in place and potential weather-related delays, drivers are advised to allow extra travel time and stay updated on changing schedules.
The Dartford Crossing, linking Dartford in Kent to Thurrock in Essex, is one of the busiest routes over the River Thames — and the overnight works are expected to cause disruption right through to Friday, May 23.
