Cineworld on Renfrew Street will welcome viewers at 3.20pm on Sunday, April 13 to watch The Minecraft Movie in unique circumstances.
For this showing, the company is allowing – even encouraging – children to be noisy and shout “I am Steve”.

This comes after the company shared a message last Saturday, warning families to be respectful following reports of a trend that includes making “excessive noise” during the film.
Videos on social media apps such as TikTok showed audiences cheering and clapping loudly during particular scenes throughout the film, which stars Jack Black, Jason Momoa and Jennifer Coolidge.
