Stephen Hand, 26, Alexander Emmerich, 26, and Hannah Sims, 28, all from Dartford, are facing conspiracy to rob charges.
They are due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today, January 25.
The charges relate to incidents at shops in Gilbert Road, Belvedere, and another in Kent.
The first incident took place on Monday, January 6 when a man, said to be armed with a handgun, entered the shop and threatened staff.
He made off with a quantity of cash.
On Tuesday, January 14 a man allegedly entered the same shop in possession of a firearm and attempted another armed robbery but was deterred by staff.
On Thursday, January 23 two men and a woman robbed a shop in Stanhope Road, Swancombe, allegedly threatening the shopkeeper with a gun.
They were intercepted and arrested by officers.
No shots were fired in any of the incidents.
