The bike was reported as stolen from Bexley and allegedly loaded into the back of a van on January 18.
Two days later a patrol in Station Road saw it pull up at a petrol station forecourt with a missing number plate being ridden by a 16-year-old.
A search led to the seizure of a bag containing 24 deals of herbal cannabis and the teenager was arrested. The officers also seized two mobile phones, some cocaine and £60 in cash.
A teenager from Dartford was later charged with handling stolen property, possessing cannabis with intent to supply, possession of cocaine, disqualified driving and no insurance.
The teenager was bailed to appear before Medway Youth Court on Thursday, January 23.
