Christmas shoppers flock to Glasgow with less than two weeks to go

With less than two weeks to go, thousands headed into the city centre to purchase gifts. 

Pictures taken on Buchanan Street today show the street crowded with people.

It comes after it was reported that footfall in Scottish shops increased by 0.8% year on year in October, though November saw a drop of 0.9% compared with last year.
