A 47-year-old man allegedly stole a quantity of butchered meat from a supermarket at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, August 3. He was subsequently apprehended in the Clydebank area after officers heard him attempting to sell the stolen steaks.
Upon searching the man, the stolen meat was reportedly recovered. Authorities also conducted CCTV investigations at the supermarket.
