Seafront parking charges are due to more than double along the eastern end of Madeira Drive for the summer – from the start of March to the end of October – and along the whole length of the road and Kingsway, Hove, during the winter. TechCrunch learned the investigation was closed when the financial regulator responded to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in January.
