The term ‘leukemia’ encompasses various forms of blood cancer, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Hertsmonceux Castle, one of the oldest significant brick buildings in England, said a number of repairs require “immediate attention”, including to the south wall of the building. A structural engineer who visited the castle earlier this month warned that the situation was “more serious than previously understood”, with portions of the castle closed over safety fears. A beautiful day at a highly rated private island in the Bahamas could have become a tragic event if not for the actions of an MSC Cruises officer from MSC Meraviglia. A woman fell between the dock and the cruise ship, but the officer jumped into the water to assist her and help her stay calm and reach the rescue team.
