Microsoft has hired OpenAI co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman to head up a “new advanced AI research team,” the software conglomerate’s chief Satya Nadella said Monday, capping three days of intense discussions following the unexpected decision by OpenAI’s board to dismiss Altman. The UK’s portfolio landlords – those with five or more rental properties – remain largely undeterred in expanding their business in spite of high inflation and interest rates, research from Shawbrook has found. The Tesco Superstore in Shripney Road, Bognor, reopened at 6am today after being closed three weeks ago. Large parts of the UK were battered by Storm Babet and Storm Ciaran which arrived in late October and early November.  The car park was first flooded on October 29, as was the nearby caravan park. Drone pictures of the supermarket showed the car park under several feet of water earlier this month.  Though the store has reopened, the petrol filling station and Waves hand car wash remain closed because the car park is still flooded.
