Brighton and much of West Sussex are encompassed in the warning area, where heavy rain is expected to cause some disruption to travel.  The Met Office has issued the warning from 12am until 6pm tomorrow.  It warns residents in the area to expect spray and flooding on roads to make journey times longer.  The national weather service also said flooding of a few homes and businesses is possible.
