Lisk decided to leverage the Ethereum network after finding out that more 90% of user transaction fees on L1 platforms were Ethereum-based. Lisk (LISK), the open-source blockchain network and platform for decentralized applications (dApp), has announced it has decided to join the Ethereum ecosystem as a layer 2 (L2) platform. During a chemical reaction, molecules gain energy until they reach what’s known as the transition state — a point of no return from which the reaction must proceed. This state is so fleeting that it’s nearly impossible to observe it experimentally. The structures of these transition states can be calculated using techniques based on quantum chemistry, but that process is extremely time-consuming. Instead, Fennell ignored Mr McGowan whose wife later spotted a story about the gardener in a newspaper. Fennell, of Crosslee, Renfrewshire, pleaded guilty in 2021 to five fraud charges for work he did not carry out. He accumulated £10,005 between April 2018 and December 2019. Softbank is selling its Open Opportunity Fund to its chairman and managing partner, Paul Judge, and Marcelo Claure, who is being appointed the fund’s vice chairman and general partner. Judge and Claure will fully own the firm’s $100 million Open Opportunity Fund 1, the $150 million Fund 2, as well as the entire portfolio. Fund 2, launched earlier this year, will also increase its target to $200 million.
