The changing places facility opposite the Dome Cinema on the promenade in Worthing was broken into and had its toilet bowl smashed. The toilet also had to be closed in November after it was damaged. Worthing Borough Council said the facility, which is a larger, accessible toilet with specialist access equipment to support those with mobility issues, was vandalised last week.
