Joseph Carrigan, 43, was sentenced to ten months in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (March 26).  He had pleaded guilty to two thefts, criminal damage, common assault, breaching a criminal behaviour order and a racially aggravated public order offence.  One of the thefts was from H&M in Bromley on February 18 when he stole £161 worth of candles and diffusers.  The second theft was from Co-op on Randlesdown Road in Bellingham eight days later.  Carrigan was already banned from every Co-op store in the country at the time of the theft.  Magistrates said Carrigan has a flagrant disregard…

The Kent Police investigation focused on multiple locations across the county, including Swanscombe, Sittingbourne, Dartford, and Canterbury. Eleven people were arrested during a planned operation on Tuesday, March 31, with a further six arrests made in Faversham, Swanscombe, and Greenhithe the following day.
