Police are appealing for information following the robbery on Collingwood Close, Eastbourne, at around 3am on June 6.
It was reported to police that a vehicle, described as a dark Vauxhall Corsa shaped car, pulled up alongside the victim’s car.
Six men then exited the vehicle and threatened the victim, taking his watch and car before fleeing the scene.
Police believe a group of men filmed on CCTV outside Joy Bar in Bolton Road, Eastbourne, are connected with the incident.
Officers would now like to speak to these people in connection with the ongoing investigation.
Anyone who recognises the men, witnessed the incident or has relevant information, including mobile or doorbell footage, is urged to contact Sussex Police.
