Sussex Police and West Sussex Trading Standards have secured a closure order at EU Market in South Farm Road, Worthing.
The order, made under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime, and Policing Act, makes it an offence for anyone to occupy the address until September 23.

The closure order follows continued complaints about illicit tobacco and vapes being sold to children at the shop.
Covert test purchases were made on a number of occasions and counterfeit and duty-free tobacco was obtained.

Neighbourhood Policing Inspector for Worthing Sharon Sawyer said: “Premises which promote the sale of illicit goods show a flagrant disregard for the law, the local authority, and the safety of the public by selling unregulated products.
“We are committed to working with our wider network of partners, including Trading Standards, to take action wherever they are being sold and these efforts will not stop.
“We appeal to the community to report similar businesses of concern, often with a constant change of stock and staff, where counterfeit goods are possibly being sold and underage sales are made.”
Anyone with concerns about any premise should report it via 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online.
