The mix of private, affordable and first-time buyer properties will be built at Kingfisher Park on Crawley Down Road, located on the Sussex border with Surrey.
Developed by Barratt Homes, the site will include 93 homes for private sale, 15 under the First Homes scheme and 36 designated for social rent.

Apartments will start at £245,000, while homes begin at £355,000.
The First Homes scheme, supported by the Government, offers eligible first-time buyers a minimum 30 per cent discount on market value.
Barratt Homes has highlighted the sustainability features of the development, with all properties set to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A or B.
Houses will feature air source heat pumps; every home will have an electric vehicle charging point, and a range of homes will include underfloor heating to the ground floor as standard.
The scheme supports the government’s Future Homes Standard.
As part of a Section 106 agreement, Barratt Homes will contribute more than £4.7 million towards education, sustainable transport, community facilities and green spaces in the surrounding area.
This funding is intended to benefit both new and existing residents.
