Firefighters battled a roof blaze in a town centre after nearby businesses were evacuated.
Pictures show crews at the scene in Sandgate Road, Folkestone, shortly after 4pm.

Boots and CEX were evacuated, and firefighters were seen going into the derelict former Mark One store between them.
A witness at the scene told KentOnline: “There are two fire engines and a car, I assume an incident commander.
“The outer buildings have been evacuated. A building behind CEX is on fire, according to the staff there.”
Fire crews left the area just before 5pm.

A fire service spokesperson said: “Two fire engines attended the scene, where crews wearing breathing apparatus have extinguished the flames using hose reel jets.
“No injuries have been reported, and the cause is not yet known.”
