An investigation has been launched following reports a man was threatening people with a weapon.
Officers were called to Canterbury Road in Westbrook, Margate at 3.30pm on Monday, July 15.
It was reported at around 2pm, a man in possession of a weapon had entered a business and made threats before leaving.
No injuries were reported.
Patrols attended and conducted enquiries, including a review of CCTV footage.
