Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who played Fogell/McLovin in the 2007 comedy Superbad paid a visit to Singl-end in Garnethill.
Taking to Facebook, the cafe shared a picture of the actor posing with a member of staff.
The post read: “We had a special guest last week and we are Mclovin it!”
It comes just days after Mintz-Plasse performed with singer Ben Kweller at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in the city centre.
The star has been playing bass for the singer as part of his Europe and UK leg of the Cover The Mirrors Tour.
