Irene Urhobo, 46, from Walworth, was arrested in the street at Burnt Ash Lane, Bromley, on April 30 last year.
She was handed a suspended sentence on Tuesday (June 2) after she pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply.
Prosecutor Loheswaran Amirthananthar said that plain clothes officers who had a warrant to search a different woman’s flat saw Urhobo arrive empty-handed and leave with a laundry bag and a Tesco carrier bag.
“Officers approached her and upon arrest, she told them she had been stitched up,” Mr Amirthananthar said.
Inside, police found 616 snap bags each containing 3.5g of cannabis.
She initially denied knowing what was inside the bags, but officers found voice notes between Urhobo and the other woman discussing their involvement in a drugs line which had recently been infiltrated by police, Woolwich Crown Court heard.
Urhobo had been asked to attend the other woman’s home to remove “incriminating evidence”, Mr Amirthananthar said.

Defending, George Wills said: “Ms Urhobo’s involvement was that she went to collect a bag for a friend. It was clearly an error of judgement and she regrets having done it.”
He said his client had otherwise been leading a law-abiding life and had a full-time job.
Judge Daniel Dyal said: “I have had the benefit of listening to some lengthy voice notes. In my view, those messages make it really clear that you were knowingly involved, along with a small network of other people, in the sale of cannabis.”
He added that she was a trusted member of the group and clear had an expectation to make money from the enterprise.
Judge Dyal sentenced her to six months’ custody but suspended the sentence for 18 months.
