This is due to engineering work and will affect trains from Monday to Friday (May 18 to May 22).
We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead.
Engineering work is taking place overnight at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (May 18, May 20, and May 21):
The 10.40pm and 11.40pm London Victoria to Ramsgate trains will be diverted and run nonstop between Faversham and Ramsgate via an alternative route.
Replacement buses will run between Faversham and Margate and Ramsgate.
Tuesday and Wednesday (May 19 and May 20):
The 12.20am trains from London Cannon Street to Tunbridge Wells will be replaced by a bus between Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells calling at all stations.
Tuesday to Friday (May 19 to May 22):
From 12.15am until the end of service, buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Gravesend via Sidcup.
Trains will be diverted via an alternative route and call at all stations between Lewisham and Dartford via Bexleyheath.
The 12.10am and 12.40am London Victoria to Gillingham trains will be diverted and run non stop between London Victoria and Rochester.
For stations between Swanley & Meopham, trains will run between London Victoria and Swanley to connect with replacement buses from Swanley to Gillingham calling at all stations except Sole Street.
An additional bus will also run between Swanley and Sole Street direct, leaving Swanley at 12.51am.
The 12.25am London Victoria to Ashford International train will leave London Victoria at 12.45am to connect with the last replacement bus to Gillingham at Swanley.
