Officers responded to a report of concern for the welfare of a woman around 7.50 pm on Thursday, 14 May.
Emergency services attended, and a 65-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

A large police presence was visible on Durrington Lane late last night, with forensic officers entering a property on the road.
Part of the road was cordoned off by police.

A 37-year-old man from Durrington was arrested on suspicion of murder and assaulting a police officer.
He remains in custody at this time.
Enquiries are ongoing, and it has been established that the victim and suspect were known to each other, Sussex Police said.

Detective Inspector Amanda Zinyama, from the Major Crime Team, said: “This is a tragic incident, and our thoughts are with the woman’s loved ones at this difficult time.
“We are in the early stages of a fast-moving investigation, and officers are carrying out extensive enquiries to establish the full circumstances.
“While we understand this incident will cause concern locally, we believe it to be isolated, with no threat to the wider community, and we are not currently looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
“There will be an increased police presence in the area while enquiries are ongoing.”
