Police were called to Downham Way on Wednesday (May 6) following reports of a fight.
At the scene, a 21-year-old man was found with stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital, where his injuries were found to be non-life-changing nor life-threatening.
He was discharged from hospital and arrested on suspicion of affray.
Officers also arrested three other men, two aged 24 and one 18, on suspicion of affray.
All those arrested have since been bailed pending further enquires, the Metropolitan Police said.
A parade of shops remained cordoned off on Thursday (May 7) morning.
Multiple eyewitnesses reported seeing a fight take place near the Morley’s shop.
