Colin Mitchell, 27, targeted Danielle Crow and Paul Morrice at the property in Glasgow’s Drumchapel.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard that Peking House was initially contacted by Mitchell on July 6 2025.

Miss Crow met Mitchell on the landing of his building.
Prosecutor Lauren Aitchison said: “He hit her on the hip and punched her chest.
“Mitchell grabbed the food and returned to his flat.”
Miss Crow was stated to be “upset and visibly shaken” as a result of the attack.
On August 11 2025, Mr Morrice delivered to Mitchell at the same address.
Mitchell gave Mr Morrice money for the delivery, but was short of the full amount.
Mitchell initially went back into the flat and then returned with three euros. The £10 initially handed over also did not appear genuine.
Mr Morrice asked for the correct money before Mitchell brought out an unknown item.
Mitchell told Mr Morrice: “I’m going to slash you.”
Miss Aitchison added: “Mr Morrice was concerned that it was a knife Mitchell was holding so he made off and went to a police station.”
Mitchell, who appeared from custody, pleaded guilty to two charges of assault – one to robbery and the other attempted robbery.
The sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month by Sheriff Louise Arrol KC who continued Mitchell’s remand in custody meantime.
Mitchell’s previous convictions include a two-year sentence for shooting a man with an air weapon and called him a grass.
