Harvey, from St Leonards, was last seen in Wittersham Rise, St Leonards, at around 2am this morning, May 7.
The 15-year-old, who police said is vulnerable, was described as having short, blond, light brown hair.
Police said he was last seen wearing a dark coloured hoodie, dark tracksuit bottoms, black trainers with a reflective strap, and is likely to be wearing his hood up.
He has links to the Hastings and Bexhill areas and likes to walk in areas of woodland with trees.
Sussex Police ask if anyone sees Harvey, not to approach or speak to him but phone 999 immediately quoting Operation Manoa.
