Bromley and Kent trains cancelled this week after Easter - UK Daily: Tech, Science, Business & Lifestyle News Updates



This is due to engineering work and will affect trains from Tuesday to Friday (April 7 to April 10).

We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead.

Engineering work is taking place overnight at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines.

Tuesday only (April 7):

The 12.15am train from London Charing Cross to Tunbridge Wells will be replaced by a bus between Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells calling at all stations.

From 11.40pm until the end of service, buses will replace trains between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings and will run between:

Tunbridge Wells and Hastings calling at Wadhurst, Battle, West St Leonards and St Leonards Warrior Square.

Tunbridge Wells and Robertsbridge (calling at all stations).

Battle and Crowhurst (mini bus shuttle).

 

Tuesday to Thursday (April 7 to April 9):

From 11.50pm until the end of service, buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Dartford via Sidcup.

Trains will be diverted via an alternative route and will run nonstop between Lewisham and Dartford.

 

Friday only (April 10):

The 4.23am train from Swanley to London Victoria will start at Bromley South at 4.35am.

A replacement bus will leave Swanley at 3.52am, calling at all stations to Bromley South to connect with the train.
