Police are searching for Raphael, who was last seen in the area on April 22.
Eight days later, the boy has not returned home.
The Metropolitan Police shared a missing appeal for the boy yesterday (April 29).
It’s believed he was wearing a grey tracksuit and carrying a yellow and black bag at the time of his disappearance.
