The crash on the A206 Crossways Boulevard, Greenhithe, was reported to emergency services at around 8pm last night (April 28).
The incident is understood to have involved a car and two pedestrians.
At the scene, a child was found with head injuries and was taken to hospital for further treatment.
No arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for the South East Coast Ambulance service said: “Two crews attended the scene and assessed and treated a child for injuries to their head before taking them to a local hospital for further medical treatment.”
