On Sunday, April 26, lines between Bishopbriggs and Ashfield will be closed, affecting a number of routes to and from Glasgow Queen Street throughout the day.
Trains to Aberdeen, Inverness and Elgin, as well as some Edinburgh, Stirling and West Highland services, will be diverted via Cumbernauld instead of their usual route.
Engineering work is taking place near Bishopbriggs on Sunday, 26 April. This means there will be changes to ScotRail services to / from Glasgow Queen Street on this day. Please plan ahead on our app or website.

As a result, some trains will not call at stations including Bishopbriggs, Lenzie, Croy, Croy and Falkirk High, with replacement buses laid on between Glasgow Queen Street, Bishopbriggs, Lenzie, Croy and Cumbernauld, between Croy and Cumbernauld, and between Falkirk High and Falkirk Grahamston.
Between Glasgow Queen Street and Anniesland, there will be no rail replacement buses on that route, with passengers advised to use local bus services or ask staff at station help points for assistance.
A small number of Oban and West Highland services are cancelled entirely and others will not stop at Dalmuir , with customers asked to use other trains between Dalmuir and Dumbarton Central to connect.
